Negotiated some used tires on MP with an employee H-k and when I arrived with my vehicle to get the tires installed he tried manipulating the conversion. Sales staff (Patricia) quickly stepped in and shut it down. She asked what was negotiated and deemed the deal was fair and we moved forward with the negotiated purchased price and installed the tire. Because of Patricia my review is 5 stars

Came in today to check the price on 4 new Michelin tires, Sam helped me out and it went very well! He was able to find them for a better price and quicker availability than any other shop, like Firestone, SuperTires, AGB, most other shops didn't even carry Michelin, they wanted to buy weird brands I never even heard of like APLUS. They were able to get everything ordered and installed-mounted/balanced an put my spare tire back in its place in just a hour or so, I couldn't believe how quick it all went. I didn't need to schedule ahead or wait very long. The location is nice and comfortable, I was able to watch them doing the work and the way they all work together was nice to see. They even put a coat of tire shine on the wheels, they look amazing! I highly recommend Tire Guy's to anyone looking for new tires.

I needed to have my wheels balanced, and this was the only place that helped me achieve a truly perfect result. My car now glides over the road. I’ll definitely be going back to them. By the way, they have a great selection of stylish alloy wheels. They also have a large, clean workshop where they work on your car. I really liked that.

Do not go to these guys. They sold me wheels and tires and 5k miles later my Toyo MT has a crack in side wall and had a flat. I called for warranty replacement and they denied me service and say they will not cover the replacement of the tire. Horrible customer service and shady business.
